The Project is one of the West Kowloon Cultural District iconic landmark. \u201cM+\u201d is the new museum forming part of the West Kowloon Cultural District development for visual culture in Hong Kong. It focuses on 20<\/span>th<\/span> and 21<\/span>st<\/span> century art, design and architecture and moving image.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

Scope of Works<\/span><\/p><\/h2><\/div>

Construction of foundations and retaining structures for excavation and lateral support works. Foundations include large diameter bored piles and rock socketed H-piles, while retaining structures include sheet pile walls.
\n– Bored piles: (a) 70 nos., (b) diameter 2.5m & 3m, (c) depth 50m to 70m
\n– Rock socketed H-piles: (a) 343 nos., (b) diameter 610mm
