The Project is developed in 2 Phases. Phase 1 contains about 270,000 sq. ft. of office space, 340,000 sq. ft. of retail, dining and entertainment spaces, and about 900 parking spaces, while Phase 2 provides an addition of about 390,000 sq. ft. of office space, 600,000 sq. ft. of retail space, and an underground connection to the Central MTR Station. It will be a world-class iconic landmark of Hong Kong.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

Scope of Works<\/span><\/p><\/h2><\/div>

Construction of foundations and retaining structures for excavation and lateral support works. Foundations include large diameter bored piles, while retaining structures include diaphragm walls and clutched pipe piles installed with steel stanchions. Some diaphragm walls are constructed under low headroom (6m worst).
\n– Diaphragm walls: (a) 1.2m & 1.5m thick, (b) excavation area 38,000m2
\n– Bored piles: (a) 31 nos., (b) diameter 2m to 3.3m, (c) total length 1,741m
