Public Housing Development at On Muk Street Phase 1

Project Description

This is a Public Housing Development Project of which involves construction of one 31-storey domestic block with 3-storey podium garden, car park and emergency vehicular access, riverside promenade and associated works at On Muk Street Garden.

Construction of foundations and retaining structures, and carrying out dewatering and excavation and lateral support works. Foundations include large diameter bored piles, mini piles and the associated pile caps, while retaining structures include sheet pile walls.
– Bored piles: (a) 19 nos., (b) diameter 3m, (c) average depth 26m
– Mini piles: (a) 60 nos., (b) diameter 219mm
– Sheet pile walls: (a) 2,600m2
– Excavation and lateral support works: (a) bulk excavation, (b) 2 layers of strut & waling
